Arranging support

Yes. You can submit an enquiry as a family member, friend, or representative. Where appropriate, authorisation and consent may need to be discussed.

Service-specific questions
Home care may include agreed support with everyday activities, personal routines, meals, light household tasks, mobility, companionship, or other appropriate tasks within the confirmed service scope.
Support may include familiar routines, companionship, meals and hydration, gentle reminders, daily activities, mobility assistance where appropriate, and following an agreed care plan.
Companionship may include conversation, shared hobbies, reading, games, appropriate outings, community activities, and maintaining social connections.
Respite is temporary agreed support that may allow family members or unpaid carers time to rest, attend appointments, or manage other responsibilities.
Tasks may include general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, laundry where offered, bed linen changes, and tidying.
The service focuses on practical, non-clinical household and family support. Specialist medical, midwifery, or postnatal healthcare should not be assumed unless confirmed.
Support may include agreed daily living tasks, meal preparation, household tasks, mobility support where appropriately assessed, and community participation.
It may include routine support, friendly conversation, social connection, practical tasks, community activities, and encouragement to follow an existing support plan. It is not a substitute for clinical mental healthcare unless specifically provided by qualified professionals.
